For us to do what we do best, we need access.
We need access so that we can learn about your organization and its business, processes, and people. With more access, we have a better shot at understanding your needs and identifying what is and what is not working within your company and why. It’s why we ask for your full unwavering support in order to help you achieve your goals.
We love communication.
An important element of successful collaboration is communicating honestly. We are firm believers in having an open dialogue between us and your organization. Sometimes this means having tough conversations—between us, between us and your team, or between us and your vendors. At IQ, we know that these can sometimes be challenging so we take extra care in the way in which we communicate.
We know that introducing new concepts and making changes can upset the status quo and even hurt the feelings of your team members. We realize that your team is comprised of individual personalities. With every conversation that IQ has with your team, we retain this thought as a constant reminder that every individual may react differently when working with us. This drives how we communicate with your team.

We will conduct interviews, brainstorms, meetings, and presentations in-person, over the phone, through email, or via video conference. Our process also includes time spent off-site for IQ’s team members to analyze and process information as well as to create deliverables.
